BAV99 Diode in the SOT-23 PackageThe BAV99 by NXP is a high-speed dual switching diode in a compact SOT23 surface mount package. Each diode features a 100V reverse voltage rating, 300mA average forward current (215mA single diode), and an ultra-fast 4ns typical reverse recovery time, making it ideal for high-frequency switching applications. With low 1.5pF typical capacitance and 0.715V forward voltage at 1mA, the BAV99 offers efficient performance in signal conditioning, clamping, and general-purpose switching. Its wide -65°C to +150°C temperature range and robust design make it suitable for demanding applications in power supplies, DC-DC converters, and digital circuits requiring fast, reliable switching.
