We are able to test function using a spare tip we had in shop, however there are none included. When powered on, we can adjust the wattage on the console or the handpiece with the buttons. All the buttons to operate the handpiece are working properly, and we used a hotdog to test that the unit is working properly (see pics). The digital display is clear. The power cord and handpiece cord are good. There is no footswitch but the handpiece can be used with the button. The rolling stand is good and the brakes are good. Ready to use as soon as you soon as you acquire the tips. Guaranteed not to be DOA.
